.IT Domain Name Registrations

Introduced in 1987, Italy’s dot IT country-code domain name extension is really popular both locally and in the English-speaking world. The reason is that the domain is a pronoun, which can be used for building inventive and interesting domain names – write.it, youcanmake.it and so on. This is a way to construct an easy-to-remember domain name, so that it will be easier for your visitors to go back to your website or to share it with associates and pals. The extension can also be used for a website, which is related to the information technology sector taking into account that IT is an abbreviation, which is used all over the world.

Given that .IT domains are not registered directly by IT-NIC, the Registry that supervises this domain name extension, such a domain can be acquired through a third-party domain service provider, such as ours. You can register a .IT domain for a one-year period at a time, and the domains are transferable, so you can move your existing domain over to our firm and we will renew it as soon as the transfer has been finished.
